The
Great Lakes Jeep Thing Toys for Tots 4x4 Parade
One
of the many car/van/truck clubs that will be blocking intersections on
Parade Day, will be our friends from The Great Lakes Jeep Thing. We appreciate
their help, and the help we receive from all the 4-wheeled groups that assist
us.
If you drive a 4X4, then you can participate in The Great
Lakes Jeep Thing's 6th Annual 4X4 Toys for Tots Parade, on Sunday, December 12,
2004. All 4X4s are welcome. The parade starts at 10am at the south
end of McCormick Place, in Parking Lot B, and travels north on Lake Shore Drive
to The Marine Center on Foster Avenue. Go to www.gljt.org

The Dollar Tree Stores
Last year, The Dollar
Tree Stores supported The Parade by collecting and donating thousands of
toys to the Parade Organization, and this year they will be helping on a
national level. What started in Chicago has spread nationwide, with The Dollar
Tree now pledging their help to Toys for Tots campaigns all across
America. Thanks to all our friends at The Dollar Tree Stores. Please
visit your local Dollar Tree Store and contribute to the TFT Program. There
are over 2,400 Dollar Tree Stores in 47 states so there is sure to be one near

The new 2004 shirts and jackets are very popular and selling
fast. The new 2004 Christmas Ornament is available, this year
in a satin red edition. And this year, but only for TFT Parade
Members, there's a new, beautiful, fabric jacket with leather
sleeves and embroidered insignias.

Crazy
Joe and Leroy's 20th Annual Toys for Tots Party
Come on out to the 20th Annual Crazy
Joe and Leroy's TFT Party. It's on Saturday, November 27th at
Glenn Makers American Legion Post at 10739 South Ridgeland Avenue in
Chicago Ridge, from 7pm until Midnight. The evening will feature
live entertainment, a pot luck dinner, raffles and many other surprises.
Admission is free if you bring a new toy to donate, or $10 if you don't.
Toys for Tots Parade Products will be available for purchase. Don't
miss it!
