2009 TFT Parade Election Results by Jack Voss

     The annual TFT Parade Election for the positions on The Board of Directors was held on Sunday, March 1st, 2009.  This year a new format was tried, in that the members were allowed to vote on a Sunday, and for the entire afternoon, from Noon to 5PM.  That seemed to work quite well, and one hopes that these changes will be continued in the future elections.

     There were 239 TFT Parade members who came out to vote, a new high for Parade elections.  Thank you all for participating in this important event.

     We want to thank the members who "volunteered" to be on the important Vote Counting Committee.  

They are Lori Trier, Conrad Trier, Jane Norkus, Patty Mucerino, Olivia Bartosiewicz, Mike Dudzik and chairmen Tom Nelson and yours truly.  Thanks again, we really appreciate your help.

     Congratulations to all the returning Board Members, thank you all for signing on for another year.

Welcome to our new Board Member, Treasurer Janet Malpede. We thank you for future assistance.

We very gratefully thank our departing Treasurer Meg Al-Qassas for all of her long hours of hard work.

We also thank TFT members Thomas Froelich and James Markmann for accepting the nomination for their respective positions.
